These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pixeland Studio at studio.pixeland.id (the "Service"), a service operated by PT JUEKANG INTERNATIONAL TRADING (NIB 0412250085399). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Pixeland Studio is a web video editor that lets you edit videos and publish them directly to your own TikTok account.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Your Content
You retain all rights to the videos you upload. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store, process and deliver your content so the Service can work (for example, transferring a video to TikTok when you publish it). You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you upload and publish.
4. TikTok Integration
Publishing requires linking your TikTok account through TikTok's official authorization (OAuth). We act only on your explicit instruction and publish only to your own linked accounts. For creator publishing, the Service may execute a schedule only after you create and confirm that publish plan; you can pause or cancel it at any time. You can revoke access by unlinking an account in Pixeland Studio or in your TikTok settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful content, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others, and you must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service when publishing to TikTok.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
