This Privacy Policy explains what data Pixeland Studio (studio.pixeland.id), a service operated by PT JUEKANG INTERNATIONAL TRADING (Indonesia business registration NIB 0412250085399), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Data We Collect
Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). Content: the video files you upload for editing and publishing. TikTok data (only after you link an account): your TikTok open id, display name, avatar, and — if you use the insights feature — the list of your own published videos with their view, like, comment and share counts. TikTok Shop creator data (only after a creator authorizes their TikTok Shop creator account): the creator's open id, profile (username, avatar, region), showcase products, affiliate performance data, and the product-linked videos published on the creator's behalf. All TikTok and TikTok Shop access tokens are stored encrypted.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to operate the Service: signing you in, editing and storing your videos, publishing a video to your own TikTok account when you explicitly confirm it, and showing you the performance of your own videos. For TikTok Shop creators, we use the authorization solely to retrieve the creator's profile and affiliate data, manage showcase products and promotion links, and publish shoppable videos on the creator's explicit instruction. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
3. TikTok Data
Data obtained from TikTok and TikTok Shop is displayed only to the authorized account owner and is never shared with other users or third parties. When you unlink a TikTok or TikTok Shop creator account, its stored tokens are deleted immediately.
4. Storage and Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. TikTok access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes.
5. Retention and Deletion
You can delete uploaded videos in the app at any time; deleting removes the file from our server. Unlinking a TikTok account deletes its tokens. To delete your entire account and its data, contact us at the email below.
6. Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers that host the Service, and with TikTok's API when you instruct us to publish or to fetch your own video data, or where required by law.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
